The same-same curse has started infecting sports romance, and it must be crushed.

Luckily, I have been working on an antidote since before the World Cup. That antidote is The Understanding, a football/soccer M/M romance.

I say football/soccer because it is a love born between a British footballer and an American soccer player, and the narration rotates between British and American English from chapter to chapter.

[I won't get into how many times my brain melted pulling that off. But anything for The Great One.]

Object of Worship will have to take a back seat. The World Cup final has inspired me to take on something huge, and I am working flat out to get The Understanding out in the next few weeks.

I expect to go through at least double the edits it took to finish The Measure of Him.
