A few of you noticed that Micah spells colour without a u and Callum spells it with one. That was on purpose. Those two never sound alike, not in a kitchen and not in a locker room, and keeping an American and an Englishman inside the same book without either of them bleeding into the other was the hardest thing I have ever done at a keyboard.

The easy part was everything else. Being inside my own kink makes the plotting simple; the relationship writes itself and I take dictation. I have also learned that if I leave the kink off the leash I could write a thousand-page book, which is a superpower, and also isn’t.

So here is the deal going forward, and it is a deal. When a new series lands, it lands finished. No waiting a year for Book 2. You may wait a few months between series, sometimes more, but when I show up, I show up with the whole thing.
